When specifying "concentricity (t) = 0.3 mm", for example, the needle of a gauge must be within a range of 0.3 mm. The diagrams that follow indicate what approximate values can be expected for the maximum concentricity deviation of an entire Chinabase conveyor roller. The figures stated are based on measurements. Please bear in mind that for DIN tubes much higher concentricity tolerances are permitted in some cases, so the approximate figures listed in the diagrams may be exceeded in individual cases. n the case of rollers with PVC-Copolymer tubes, a certain length should not be exceeded, or else the concentricity deviations will be disproportionately higher. The following tube lengths should not be exceeded for PVC-Copolymer tubes: • tube diameter 20 mm: 400 mm • tube diameter 30 mm: 500 mm • tube diameter 40 mm/50 mm: 600 mm • tube diameter 63 mm: 800 mm • tube diameter 90 mm: 1,000 mm |
